James Watt CVO is a British former diplomat who was ambassador to Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt. James Watt has nearly four decades of diplomatic experience, much of it working in support of humanitarian and development programmes serving refugees and the internally displaced and dealing with the wider phenomenon of migration. He is Chair of the International Advisory Boards of the Reseach for Health in Conflict, led by Kings College London.
