Emma Lingley-Clark, Interim CEO, Suzy Lamplugh Trust
Emma Lingley-Clark has been Interim CEO of the Suzy Lamplugh Trust since January 2024. She joined the organisation in 2018, where she led the Multi-Agency Stalking Intervention Programme project before becoming Head of Policy and Interim Director for Services and Development. Prior to this, Emma held a joint role with the police and local authority, focusing on violence against women and girls, modern slavery, and Prevent, alongside managing high-risk domestic abuse services and coroners services. Her extensive experience includes cross-agency collaboration across policing, public health, and local authorities to build shared services and improve strategic understanding of complex societal challenges.
