Emma Lingley-Clark, Interim CEO, Suzy Lamplugh Trust

Emma Lingley-Clark has been Interim CEO of the Suzy Lamplugh Trust since January 2024. She joined the organisation in 2018, where she led the Multi-Agency Stalking Intervention Programme project before becoming Head of Policy and Interim Director for Services and Development. Prior to this, Emma held a joint role with the police and local authority, focusing on violence against women and girls, modern slavery, and Prevent, alongside managing high-risk domestic abuse services and coroners services. Her extensive experience includes cross-agency collaboration across policing, public health, and local authorities to build shared services and improve strategic understanding of complex societal challenges.

This lecture explores the enduring impact of Suzy Lamplugh’s disappearance and the critical work being done today to combat stalking and harassment. Emma Lingley-Clark will reflect on the Trust’s mission, achievements, and ongoing challenges, highlighting policy development and multi-agency collaboration to tackle these pressing societal issues.
