Dr. Ibrahim Saif is currently an Independent Consultant based in Amman serving boards. Until May 2023 he was the Vice President for Manaseer Group and previously, served as the CEO of Jordan Strategy Forum. He has also served as the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation from March 2013 until March 2015. Prior to his appointment as a Minister, Saif was a Senior Scholar at the Carnegie Middle East Centre, and served as a consultant to the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and other international organisations. Saif was also a Former Director of the Centre for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan, and served as the Secretary General of the Economic and Social Council in Jordan.
Dr. Ibrahim Saif has taught at both the University of London and Yale University where he led courses on the econommies of the Middle East.
